The herbs are: Wild yam contains the steroidal saponins dioscin, dioscorin, and others based on diosgenin. Diosgenin is a well-documented source of progesterone. This herb was at one time the sole source of the chemicals that were used as the raw materials for contraceptive hormone manufacture. Fenugreek contains saponins, mainly the sapogenins diosgenin and its isomers yamogenin, gitogenin and tigogenin. This herb is a strong stimulator of milk production in mothers, for which it is perfectly safe, and has a reputation for stimulating development of the breasts. Fennel is a source of phytoestrogens. In traditional herbal medicine, fennel is used to encourage production of breast milk as well as improve sex drive. Chasteberry shifts the balance of hormones to favor progesterone rather than estrogen. Saw Palmetto is best known for its ability to reduce prostate enlargement in men. However, saw palmetto has benefits for women, as well. It is known to increase estrogen levels and induce enlargement the size of the mammary glands. The liquid base contains distilled water and ethyl alcohol. Recommended use: 10 drops orally, twice daily. Results should be apparent within 90 days, although some women have seen improvement begin in as little as 7 days. Continue taking take the product until you have reached your ideal breast size or enhancement stabilizes. The maximum enhancement is typically between 1 and 3 inches. Anecdotal evidence suggests that the herbs are most effective if the user completely refrains from carbonated drinks, caffeine and caffeine-containing products (diet pills, chocolate, etc), for 90 minutes before and after taking the drops, if one cannot refrain totally.
